Sessions dedicated to your alignment and potential: mind, body and soul

Would you like to feel more aligned in mind, body and soul?

Uniting their own gifts, skills and experience and somatic, experiential and nature-based ways of facilitation, Maria J. Gil (Chiqui) and Penelope Mavor offer you the space, stimulus and support to blossom this spring.

In nurturing and inspiring sessions, you are invited to explore the workings of your own mind, the wisdom of your body and the stirring of your soul. In heartful and practical ways, you will learn self care practices to create a more intimate and expansive relationship with yourself and the world.

Each session both stands alone and is part of a journey, paced with a pause to help you apply the insights and learnings into your day to day life.

The final session is on Wednesday 12 June – for your soul.

A nature-based exploration where we feel into the deep love that exists within ourselves, each other and the earth. Where through learning nature-based practices including how to earthconverse, we see how nature is a mirror to our own soul, and that we can learn to listen to its whispers.

How it works

We are keeping the group small so you can have an intimate learning space. And we will have refreshments available over the 4 hours we are together.

This session will be held between Galilea and Puigpunyent, in a forest.

Your facilitators

Maria J. Gil is a gifted and skilled osteopath, physiotherapist and Gestalt therapist who founded Centro de Osteopatia y Fisioterapia Integrativa Mallorca in 1999. She is passionate about how we integrate health in our day to day life.

Penelope Mavor is the founder of Earth Converse, a nature based leadership collaborative supporting people to better serve people and planet. With over 25 years of coaching leaders and teams, she is passionate about expanding perspectives, potential and possibilities for regenerative futures.
