It is about deepening the mother-baby bond through attention exercises, contact, massage… A space where the priority is the baby and how to strengthen the bond that it already had in the womb. Communicate with the baby from the heart and relying on your own instinct. It is also about understanding the normal phases of development and learning for better support.
The sessions will be held in contact with nature whenever time allows, otherwise at the Puigpunyent Culture House.
Classes will be in English, Spanish and Catalan, depending on the mother tongue.
If you want to come and your child is not in the age range, ask.
