are frequent processes during childhood in which osteopathy can give relief. As mentioned above, <strong>the aim of osteopathy is to promote health and self-healing mechanisms, which are very present in childhood.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>During the first 5-6 years of life, otitis, bronchitis, bronchiolitis, diarrhoea and constipation are frequent.<\/strong> The immune system is reactive in the digestive tract and respiratory system (where most of the immune system is located in childhood), so an isolated process does not constitute a problem, but <strong>when the kid enters in a repetition of a symptom or an -itis, the therapeutic act can break this circle and
